The Ultimate Skill
How to Master it

Hey Goal Crushers and Dream Chasers,
Today I want to talk to you about communication.
This is the ultimate skill to have as a leader and business.
Important things to consider in communication are understanding, intention, and delivery.
I will go over each area in more detail below.
But first, let’s start with my own story of buying a product.
I was shopping online for my first purchase and Kieran Drew’s product was on its second round.
Kieran Drew is a dentist turned writer who has launched two 6-figure courses.
So, what made me buy his product?
The vast majority of people praising him, talking about his product being a worthy investment, his newsletter Digital Freedom showing his business he builds publicly.
His reputation alone preceded him. How can you unlock similar prowess?
Listening to Understand
This is the skill that everyone talks about, but not many take seriously.
Most people listen to reply, they don’t listen to understand.
If they did, the vast majority would be more successful than they are now.
So, how does this single skill help you achieve success in the wider world.
By listening to people’s problems, you can start creating solutions.
Therefore, we create products based around our customer’s needs, not our own.
Understand your Intentions
But why do I want to solve people problems when I have no intention to.
Intention is the foundation from where you speak from, speaking from the heart.
People can sense intention in your tonality and nonverbal language.
Therefore, if you start caring about their problems, you can start seeking real solutions.
If you create real solutions, other people will want those solutions.
But even if you craft the perfect solution, delivery is what is important.
Importance of Delivery
Marketing is simple, yet powerful when it comes to influence.
Don’t try to sell the benefits, sell the results of your product.
Don’t tell people what to do like a guru, show them like a guide.
A guide is someone who has walked the path before and has experience.
Therefore, find their problem, understand their problem, create a better solution than the competition.
In Summary
Before you create a product, understand the problems your customers have.
Create a product you would buy yourself built off good intentions.
Market the product correctly by understanding the customer this would serve.
If you deliver for your customers, they will deliver you, their goodwill.
Money, testimonials, good reviews, and referrals for your business.
Therefore, we should seek to understand, so we can generate warm traffic to our site with the right intentions and delivery.
Yours in digital success,
Timothy Cortez
